Full refunds, less a $35.00 administrative fee, are available up to 14 days prior to the start date of your workshop providing you contact the registrar via email, or phone/voicemail on or before the 14 day window.  Requests for refunds after the 14 day cutoff date will be refunded at 50% of the registration price.

The Gestalt Institute of Cleveland admits students of any race, age, color, national and ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally accorded or made available to students at GIC. Accommodating Persons with Service Animals

Service animals will be permitted in all areas at the Gestalt Institute of Cleveland office which are open to the public in accordance with both the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act (Section 504) and other applicable federal and state laws and regulations prohibiting the discrimination on the basis of a person’s disability.

Given the rapidly changing and updated information from the CDC and OSHA, GIC reserves the right to change these guidelines per regulatory requirements from the CDC, OSHA, and the State of Ohio.

We monitor and follow the CDC, OSHA, and State of Ohio requirements.

Proof of Vaccination NOT Required
In accordance with recommendations of the CDC and OSHA effective October 10th, 2022, proof of vaccination will NOT be required for all participants, faculty, and staff.

GIC reserves the right to require a negative CoVid test for specific workshops or programs. This requirement will be posted within the workshop/program description on the website.

Please do not attend if you are experiencing symptoms.

Complimentary Masks Available
Though masks are not required at GIC, we will have complimentary masks available at check-in for anyone who would like to wear a mask who doesn’t have one.

Cancellation (per GIC policy, listed on the website)

If a workshop or program cancellation is due to a government or GIC action, participants may transfer enrollment to a future in-person or virtual offering at GIC, or receive a full refund.

Travel
Given the ongoing levels of uncertainty, we recommend making flexible travel/lodging plans, as GIC will not be able to refund travel expenses.
